About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest space meets The Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards, delivering a memorable and luxurious experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and service carts.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and accurately.
- Stock carts and supplies, ensuring readiness for guest needs.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Adhere to safety, quality, confidentiality, and uniform standards.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability and ability to be on feet for extended periods.
- Commitment to following company policies and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Willingness to work in a diverse, inclusive environment.
