Housekeeping Runner – 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a reliable and energetic Housekeeping Runner to support the housekeeping operations of a prestigious 5‑Star luxury hotel. The role involves delivering supplies, linens and amenities promptly, assisting attendants, and helping maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver housekeeping supplies, linens and amenities to guest rooms and public areas efficiently.
• Assist housekeeping attendants with tasks to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas and service carts.
• Report any maintenance or operational issues observed during rounds to the supervisor.
• Support inventory management by notifying supervisors when supplies are low.
• Adhere to hotel safety and cleanliness standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping support or runner roles, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting with strong attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina for moving supplies and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
