About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi. You will lead a dedicated housekeeping crew, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot‑check occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues or facility concerns promptly.
• Plan and oversee periodic deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests, including handling VIP and special requests.
