About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Manage and motivate a team of housekeepers, including scheduling shifts.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure standards are met.
• Address guest complaints and special requests promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
