HR Data Analyst

About the role

ADIB Group is looking for an HR Data Analyst based in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the management of MIS reporting to improve HR process workflows and information management, and helps support the overall workforce planning strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the headcount planning model to forecast headcount for ADIB.
• Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify headcount statistics for staff details on a monthly basis.
• Partner with Strategy & Financial Control on MIS and workforce planning, recommending workforce costs to management.
• Collect headcount requests from divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for the manpower budget.
• Promote equality and propose ideas to embrace the Emiratization agenda in workforce planning, and report the variance between actual and Emiratization headcount targets by division.
• Prepare HR-related MIS executive summaries for ADIB Group and the Central Bank.
• Take part in HR systems information and HR projects, and work with ITD to improve information systems performance and service quality.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or another relevant field.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
• Ability to engage across organisation levels and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience in MIS analysis.
• Familiarity with human resources software.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages such as Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
