HR Executive

About the role

This HR Executive position in Dubai supports and manages day-to-day HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and compliance with institutional policies and UAE labour regulations. It is an on-site role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination and candidate communication
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, probation reviews and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs and employee benefits administration
• Support performance appraisals, employee development and training programmes
• Respond to employee queries and support employee relations matters
• Help implement HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements
• Prepare HR reports, support internal audits and draft HR letters, employment documents and internal communications

Required profile

• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR operations and administration
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management and HR processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
