About the role
We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. The role will help build a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Handle employee relations and HR queries professionally.
- Assist with performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
