HR Generalist – International Onboarding

About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to lead international onboarding for teachers and administrators joining the UAE school system. The role ensures a smooth relocation and induction experience from offer acceptance through the first working day.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, including relocation, visas, flights, housing, and orientation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOE/SPEA requirements, TLS and equivalency processes.
- Coordinate visa processing, medical examinations, Emirates ID issuance, and document attestation.
- Maintain accurate HR records for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support employee experience, cultural integration, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, facilities, PROs, and school leadership.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and track new‑joiner steps.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE or international education sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and teacher licensing processes.
- Experience in international recruitment and relocation support is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
What we offer
- Competitive salary up to AED 13,000 per month.
