HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Generalist to oversee the full spectrum of human‑resources activities for our growing real‑estate investment and development business in Abu Dhabi. The role covers everything from talent acquisition to employee exit, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, selection and offer letters.
• Coordinate new‑employee onboarding, maintain personnel files and employment contracts.
• Track attendance, working hours, leaves, absences and lateness.
• Prepare and review payroll data in collaboration with the Finance Department.
• Monitor probation periods, performance metrics and key‑performance indicators.
• Address employee complaints, workplace issues and disciplinary actions.
• Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Produce monthly HR reports covering recruitment, attendance and payroll.
• Handle resignations, terminations and final settlements.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRMS and ensure confidentiality of all records.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience across all core HR functions.
• Proven background in recruitment, talent acquisition and leave management.
• Experience handling employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to draft employment contracts, offer letters and HR correspondence.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take full responsibility for a large employee base.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS platforms.
