HR Generalist – Manager (Dubai)

About the role

The HR Generalist – Manager will partner with on‑site leadership in Dubai to support the Middle‑Eastern practice’s strategic goals and culture. Reporting to the Global Corporate Services Director of HR, the role blends talent acquisition, development, workforce planning and HR project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build business‑partner relationships with equity principals and teams, understanding goals and delivering HR solutions.
• Advise executives on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, training and development.
• Design and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with the HRIS team.
• Lead full‑life‑cycle recruitment, leveraging targeted sourcing, social networking and recruitment tools.
• Coordinate with immigration and mobility teams to address employee relocation needs.
• Escalate employee‑related concerns and legal compliance issues to regional HR heads.
• Coach leaders to foster a diverse, inclusive and high‑integrity work environment.
• Support restructurings, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Promote the use of the UKG HCM platform to enhance business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or generalist in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Middle‑East employment regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
