HR-L&D Specialist

About the role

Careers International is hiring an HR-L&D professional in Dubai within the FMCG/Food and Beverage sector. The role covers training and development needs across departments, from design and delivery to evaluation, and works closely with department heads on skill gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training and development needs across departments and partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs such as onboarding, technical, soft skills and leadership training.
• Manage the full L&D cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, and monitor effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools.
• Organize workshops, e-learning, seminars and external training sessions.
• Maintain and update training records, calendars and budgets.
• Promote continuous learning and career development, support performance management and employee engagement initiatives, and stay up to date with L&D trends and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field; L&D certifications are a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Experience in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, training tools and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training ROI.
