HR Manager - F&B Retail

About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring an HR Manager for its client, an established Food and Beverage retail company in Dubai, UAE. The role covers strategy, payroll, immigration, insurance and HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational design and talent management
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and design compensation and benefits structures
• Run performance management systems and benchmark compensation against the market
• Oversee payroll, including salary disbursements, deductions and compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Renew company licenses on time and handle immigration processes (visas, renewals, cancellations)
• Administer medical, life and workmen's compensation insurance
• Maintain ERP and HRMS systems and the Employee Self-Service portal
• Generate real-time reports on headcount, attrition and payroll

Required profile

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management
• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• 10-15 years of HR management experience in F&B or retail
• Proven track record designing compensation and benefits programmes and leading HR digital transformation projects
