HR Manager – Full-Time, Sharjah

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions across our organization in Sharjah. The role requires a hands‑on professional who can manage employee relations, recruitment, performance, payroll and compliance within the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and HR administration activities.
• Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to address people‑related matters and business needs.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
