HR Officer – Employee Visa & Insurance Administration

About the role
Sinotrans is seeking an HR Officer to manage employee visa and immigration processes, health insurance administration, and HR records at its JAFZA location in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Handle employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations and coordinate with JAFZA authorities.
- Manage employee medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications and residence visa formalities.
- Administer health insurance applications, renewals, additions, deletions and claims coordination.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, visa expiry dates, insurance details and other HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and generate HR‑related reports.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Hands‑on experience with JAFZA visa processing (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of UAE employee visa procedures and health‑insurance administration.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
