SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant

About the role

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join its Middle East, Turkey, Africa (META) team. You will lead end‑to‑end implementations, focusing on UAE/GCC payroll localization, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver at least three full‑cycle SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations, including configuration and localization for UAE/GCC payroll.
• Configure time and payroll rules, schemas, and GCC‑specific time types and payroll requirements.
• Perform functional integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Finance or third‑party finance systems.
• Develop custom solutions, reports, and workflows, and provide post‑go‑live support and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with a certification in Employee Central Payroll.
• Proven experience in UAE/GCC payroll localization processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide business consulting, training, and documentation.
