Human Resources Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Capability

About the role

The leading pharmaceutical company in the UAE is seeking a Human Resources Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition and Talent Capability. You will partner with business leaders to design recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and support workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, market research and proactive engagement.
• Identify skill gaps, support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers, monitor recruitment KPIs and improve candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition or capability.
• Experience working in the UAE and knowledge of local employment practices.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and results‑oriented with excellent stakeholder management.
