About the role
An Abu Dhabi‑based company is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage end‑to‑end HR operations. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labour law, compliance and visa processing, preferably within construction, oil & gas or engineering sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations and off‑boarding.
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management, employee evaluations and improvement plans.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances and workplace conflicts.
- Process visas, labour contracts and coordinate with PROs and government authorities.
Required profile
- 8+ years progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment regulations and HR compliance.
- Experience in visa processing, labour contracts and CICPA requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
