HR Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The HR Onboarding Specialist will lead end‑to‑end onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and compliant integration into the organization. This role works closely with HR, recruitment, payroll, IT, and business teams to deliver a consistent onboarding experience aligned with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from joining formalities to documentation, visa, and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with HR, recruitment, payroll, IT, admin, and business units to ensure seamless employee integration.
• Track onboarding progress, maintain dashboards and reports, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Design and deliver induction programs and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Ensure accurate completion of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and employee engagement.
• Handle onboarding‑related queries and escalations professionally.
• Lead, mentor, and develop onboarding coordinators or specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in HR operations or onboarding, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, the employee lifecycle, and UAE labor practices.

Required skills

• Experience with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or SuccessFactor.
