HR Specialist (Arabic Speaker) – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking HR Specialist to join an oil & gas client in Fujairah on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. The role will drive HR system implementation, talent acquisition, and Emiratization initiatives while ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and optimise HR systems and modules, leading digital transformation projects.
• Review HR policies, procedures and workflows to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy development.
• Support organisational development by maintaining org charts, competency frameworks and succession plans.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law and IMS standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, contracts, leave, payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Identify training needs, coordinate learning programmes and promote continuous development.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and experience with HR policies and compliance.
• Proven experience in HR system implementation and optimisation.
• Background in talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational development.
