HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist focused on talent acquisition to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, support employee lifecycle activities and partner with hiring managers to build a strong workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/HRIS, track recruitment KPIs and produce regular dashboards and reports.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives, career fairs and relationships with agencies, universities and talent partners.
• Assist with HR administration, employee records, HRIS updates and employee‑lifecycle processes such as transfers, promotions and departures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, talent acquisition or recruitment with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• LinkedIn recruiting, ATS and HRIS usage.
• Recruitment databases, CRM and talent‑mapping tools.
• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Recruitment analytics, KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
