About the role
The HSE Officer will support NMDC Energy PJSC in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. You will become familiar with company HSE policies, conduct inspections, and promote safety awareness across all operational areas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of HSE policies and procedures and ensure they are applied on site.
- Inspect work areas regularly, report deviations, and verify HSE requirements for each work scope.
- Deliver HSE induction programs and conduct toolbox talks to promote safe work practices.
- Identify and report HSE observations, LSR violations, and ensure implementation of FRA control measures.
- Check functionality of firefighting, safety, and lifesaving equipment and report status to superiors.
- Assist with medical evacuations, respond to emergency incidents, and support incident investigations with recommendations.
- Participate in internal HSE meetings, attend training, and carry out any additional assigned activities.
