Human Capital Specialist – Payroll & HR Operations

About the role

The Specialist – Human Capital is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, with primary focus on payroll administration, regulatory reporting, pension administration, employee relations and exit formalities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime and leave adjustments.
• Prepare and submit CBUAE and other regulatory HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Administer UAE and GCC pension schemes, handling registrations, contributions and reconciliations.
• Provide employee‑relations support, handling grievances, disciplinary cases and HR queries.
• Coordinate employee separations, final settlements, visa cancellations and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRMS data, produce periodic HR metrics reports and identify process automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR/HC operations experience, preferably in banking, financial services or a regulated UAE organization.
• Strong hands‑on experience with UAE payroll processing, WPS and end‑of‑service calculations.
• Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law, pension administration and regulatory reporting requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS/payroll systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
