About the role

The HR Consultant will deliver high‑quality HR consultancy projects across a broad range of disciplines, leveraging AI tools to enhance research, analysis and client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR consulting engagements from scoping to client delivery.
• Conduct diagnostics, audits, gap analyses and develop practical HR solutions.
• Support HR strategy, organisational design, workforce planning and governance frameworks.
• Perform salary benchmarking, compensation analysis and job architecture development.
• Develop and review HR policies, procedures, performance‑management frameworks and competency models.
• Analyse HR data, create dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Utilise generative AI for research, content creation, data analysis and presentation preparation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong HR generalist background with consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, project‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate client challenges into practical HR solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
