About the role
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for specific business divisions within Al‑Futtaim Group, partnering with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to secure top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Support manpower planning, develop hiring plans and provide market mapping data.
- Drive full recruitment cycle – attract, source, select and manage offers – using channels such as careers sites, social media, job boards, headhunting and LinkedIn.
- Educate line managers on assessment tools, conduct assessment centres/open days and build talent pools.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policy, SLAs and internal total rewards guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably HR.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in a large matrix organisation.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and high‑volume or niche hiring.
Required skills
- Proficiency with an ATS (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Strong interviewing, assessment and market‑mapping capabilities.
- Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
