Human Resources Executive (Arabic Speaker) – DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah

About the role

Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel and Residences as a Human Resources Executive. You will support daily HR operations, promote a positive employee experience, and help deliver the memorable service that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager in administering HR activities and ensuring compliance with Hilton policies and UAE labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports and documentation, and keep HR systems up‑to‑date for attendance, leave, payroll and employee lifecycle events.
• Support employee relations by handling concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters, conducting investigations and preparing documentation.
• Participate in talent acquisition: post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, track training completion and maintain learning records.
• Assist with performance management processes, including probation reviews, improvement plans and annual evaluations.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in HR operations within the hospitality or service industry.
• Knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
