Human Resources Executive

About the role

Alpago Design & Build is looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations across the organization. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation, while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, contract renewals, probation periods and employee exits.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, experience certificates and other HR documentation.
• Update and keep accurate employee records in the HRIS/database.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances and overtime; verify monthly payroll inputs.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrolments, renewals, changes and employee queries.
• Work with the PRO to handle employment visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards and related renewals or cancellations.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances and HR queries.
• Produce HR reports on headcount, attendance, leave, overtime and employee movements.
• Collaborate with Finance, department managers, PROs and external service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in construction, design‑build, real estate or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll coordination, employee documentation, medical insurance and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
