Human Resources Intern

About the role
The HR Intern will support the HR department with daily administrative tasks and help enhance CSR activities, employee branding, reports, induction, and recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Update internal databases with new employee information and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data such as leaves, working hours, and bank details.
- Screen resumes, schedule and confirm interviews, and manage job postings on various platforms.
- Prepare HR‑related reports, address employee benefit queries, and distribute company policies.
- Assist in organizing company events, career days, and coordinate with Customer Support and Finance departments.
Required profile
- Recently completed bachelor’s degree or professional certification in HR or Psychology.
- 0‑2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internship preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
