About the role
Trade WCC is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its fast‑growing, international trading team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the complete employee lifecycle in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer HR policies, procedures and employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and performance‑management activities.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation documentation and HR inquiries.
- Support personnel‑management issues and employee‑relations matters.
- Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and compliance with employment laws.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and employee‑engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in HR and HR management across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in personnel management, employee relations and workforce coordination.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant‑tracking tools.
