Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Aurea Via, a growing fintech and payment services company, is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to build and manage its human resources function. This part‑time role focuses on creating efficient processes, supporting employee development, and fostering a high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Define job descriptions, publish vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Establish KPIs, performance expectations, and evaluation processes; support managers with feedback and development.
• Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Create standardized onboarding and off‑boarding procedures, including asset recovery and system access revocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience covering recruitment, administration, performance management, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to develop HR policies, handbooks, and structured workflows.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of HR operations, and build processes from scratch.

Required skills

• Experience with HR administration and payroll coordination.
• Knowledge of UAE employment legislation and compliance requirements.
