HR Manager – Food & Beverage Retail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a well‑established Food & Beverage retail company in Dubai. The role involves shaping HR strategy, overseeing talent management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and design compensation & benefits structures.
• Implement performance management systems and oversee payroll, ensuring compliance with the Wage Protection System.
• Handle immigration processes, license renewals, and administer insurance policies.
• Maintain ERP/HRMS systems and the Employee Self‑Service portal, generating real‑time HR metrics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• 10–15 years of HR management experience in F&B or retail.
• Proven track record in compensation design, payroll management and HR digital transformation.

Required skills

• Payroll management.
• ERP and HRMS system administration.
• Employee Self‑Service portal management.
• Knowledge of UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) and immigration processes.
