Human Resources Specialist

About the role

BAMX Developments is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations at its Dubai headquarters. The role involves shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, and fostering a high‑performance, inclusive culture across a multicultural workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure full compliance with UAE employment legislation and corporate governance.
• Advise senior leadership on succession planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in a UAE real‑estate development company.
• Proven ability to manage and support a multinational, multicultural workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; CIPD or equivalent certification is an advantage.
