Human Resources Specialist - Talent Acquisition & Capability

About the role

Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Human Resources Specialist covering Talent Acquisition and Talent Capability, based in the UAE. Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based; candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent aligned with business needs.
• Recruitment: manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Talent Pipeline Management: build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, talent mapping, market research and proactive candidate engagement.
• Talent Capability Development: identify skill gaps and workforce capability needs, supporting talent development, succession planning, talent assessment and internal mobility.
• Stakeholder Management and Reporting: partner with hiring managers and business leaders, monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Capability.
• Experience working in the UAE, with a good understanding of local employment practices and talent trends.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented, with strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Available for face-to-face interviews in the UAE.
