Senior Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring high‑quality talent while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess technical and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and negotiate offers.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and quality of hire.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and headhunting, with exposure to engineering or technical industries.
• Experience managing mass recruitment for regional or global skilled workers.
