Human Resources Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead the HR function for an established accounting firm in Abu Dhabi. You will shape employee experience, align HR practices with business goals, and support a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to interview coordination.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that comply with UAE labor law.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and promote professional development.
• Identify training needs with management and design relevant training initiatives.
• Address employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.
• Monitor HR metrics, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in compensation and benefits planning.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and staff.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Analytical mindset for HR data interpretation.
