HVAC Service Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

The leading HVAC company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to manage service operations, supervise technicians, and act as the primary technical point of contact for clients on premium AMC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 5‑10 HVAC technicians, handling daily tasks, breakdown calls and AMC visits.
• Provide technical guidance on chilled water systems, FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF, chillers and ducting, diagnosing issues remotely or on‑site.
• Conduct quality checks before client sign‑off and train junior technicians on best practices.
• Manage client communications in fluent English, set expectations, give status updates and handle escalations.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for breakdowns, AMC and PPM, track service calls from receipt to closure and maintain SLA compliance.
• Maintain service records, job sheets and reports in Odoo/ERP and coordinate spare‑part procurement.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Supervisor or Service Coordinator in the UAE.
• Currently residing in Dubai with immediate availability.
• Valid UAE driving licence; own car preferred.
• Experience supervising at least 5 technicians and strong client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Chilled water system expertise.
• FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF, chiller and ducting knowledge.
• Breakdown handling, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Use of MS Office and Odoo/ERP job‑tracking tools.
