HVAC Supervisor (Pipeline)

About the role

The HVAC Supervisor (Pipeline) will lead subcontractor activities for the Hail & Gasha project in Al Ruwais, ensuring that all HVAC works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role involves close coordination with site engineers, vendors, and the HSE team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve subcontractor material deliveries, method statements, and technical documentation against project schedules and contractual commitments.
• Monitor and enforce HSE procedures, participating in site safety activities as defined in the Site HSE plan.
• Verify that subcontractor equipment, manpower, and workmanship meet design specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Conduct inspections, sign off certificates, and maintain non‑conformity registers for each subcontractor.
• Identify design issues, propose corrective actions, and coordinate resolution with the Site Engineer.
• Approve progress status sheets and manage vendor specialist interactions.
• Assist the Contract Manager/Engineer with pricing, subcontract amendments, and claim analysis.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supervising HVAC works on large oil & gas EPC projects.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and team‑oriented leadership skills.
