Implementation Project Manager

About the role

The Implementation Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end deployment of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems across King’s College Hospital Dubai and its satellite sites, overseeing planning, go‑live and post‑launch hyper‑care activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute RCM implementation projects, controlling scope, timelines, budget, risks and governance.
• Oversee technical deployment including system setup, NABIDH integration, payer connectivity (e.g., Daman, AXA), data migration, testing and go‑live execution.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal teams, vendors, insurers and DHA, providing regular updates to senior leadership and facilitating workshops.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, NABIDH onboarding, JCI standards and data protection regulations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, manage resources and monitor project finances and performance.
• Drive user adoption through training, communication, change‑management activities and oversee hyper‑care and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) and PMP certification (mandatory); MBA or related certifications preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare IT project management with strong RCM implementation background.
• Mandatory experience in Dubai healthcare environment, including DHA and NABIDH processes.

Required skills

• Project methodologies: Waterfall and Agile.
• Healthcare systems integration knowledge: HL7, data migration, system integration.
• Technical integrations: NABIDH, payer connectivity (Daman, AXA).
• Proficiency with project management tools.
