In-House Content Creator (Freelance)

About the role

A partner company, represented here by a recruiter, is looking for an In-House Content Creator on a freelance basis, based in the United Arab Emirates. The role suits a self-motivated, remote worker who enjoys experimenting with formats and adapting to feedback. You will produce text, images and short-form video content that supports brands' digital advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice, creative direction and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts and execute creative projects.
• Produce multimedia content: written copy, images and short-form videos, tailored to digital platforms and social media channels.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and creative best practices.
• Revise content based on feedback and meet agreed deadlines.
• Manage your workload independently in a remote setting and communicate clearly with the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation or a similar role.
• A portfolio showing your creative abilities, storytelling and content production; links to TikTok, Instagram or other social profiles must be included in your CV.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and adapt quickly to feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, current trends and digital content formats.
• Ability to create content across text, images and short-form video.
