In-Stock Manager – Fashion Category

About the role

Amazon is seeking a talented and enthusiastic leader to manage planning, operations, and project management for its fast‑growing fashion category. The In‑Stock Manager will ensure world‑class inventory availability and health while driving sales and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory availability and health, including in‑stock improvement, forecasting, and vendor efficiency.
• Partner with vendor and marketing managers to drive sales and profitability growth.
• Work on system inputs for automated replenishment and improve purchasing and vendor workflows.
• Lead complex business analysis to identify cost‑structure and profitability opportunities.
• Drive cross‑functional system and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, IT, retail, consulting or finance with a track record of delivering results.
• Proven experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management.
