Inclusion Manager

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an Inclusion Manager to lead inclusive strategies across its network of schools in the UAE. Based at the headquarters, the role supports the development of curriculum adaptations, interventions and personalised learning for Students of Determination.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and oversee inclusion strategies, curriculum adaptations and impact measurement across all schools.
• Provide training and support to staff on inclusion, special educational needs and assistive technology.
• Monitor inclusion team processes, ensure compliance documentation and advise school leadership on inspection readiness.
• Lead the provision of in‑school specialist services and quality assure identification of gifted and talented students.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education (or related) with postgraduate teaching qualifications; specialist qualification in Special Education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience in a school setting as SENDCo or Head of Inclusion, preferably overseeing multiple schools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, inspire staff and align with Aldar Education’s core values and Abu Dhabi’s educational goals.

Required skills

• Effective use of assistive technology and online learning platforms to support Students of Determination.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive curriculum design, interventions and assessment practices.
