Manager – Academy Operations

About the role

The Manager – Academy Operations ensures seamless delivery of all EGA Academy learning experiences. You will own end‑to‑end courseware creation, logistics, vendor coordination and continuous improvement, translating strategic direction into operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Academy strategy into operational plans, procedures and service delivery mechanisms.
• Manage the Managed Service Provider agreement, ensuring high‑quality content production, programme scheduling, resource allocation and learner support.
• Act as primary liaison for vendors and internal teams, overseeing compliance, quality standards and cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs, programme performance, learner satisfaction and prepare routine and ad‑hoc reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Learning Technologies or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in learning operations, logistics or programme delivery, with vendor management exposure.
