Indirect Buyer

About the role

The Indirect Buyer will support Sundus Consultancy’s procurement function by managing all indirect purchasing activities. You will work closely with internal departments to source goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suitable suppliers for indirect spend categories.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate offers on cost, quality, delivery and commercial terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor order status and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align procurement actions.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets and applicable commercial regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement or indirect purchasing (minimum 1 month).
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
