Indirect Procurement Category Manager – Professional Services & IT

About the role

Eaton is seeking an Indirect Procurement Category Manager for the EMEA region to lead the Professional Services and IT spend portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply, optimal cost, and quality across a spend of approximately $80 million.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and oversight for Professional Services & IT categories across EMEA.
• Develop, align, and deploy category strategies in partnership with business unit stakeholders and global category leads.
• Deliver annual cost‑out initiatives and cost‑avoidance measures to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Define and maintain a Preferred Supplier List and contracts roadmap, converting spend to preferred supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and performance monitoring.
• Achieve year‑over‑year reductions in total cost of ownership for assigned categories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement and category management, preferably within Professional Services or IT.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple EMEA countries.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings and managing supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
