Influencer Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive to lead the discovery, recruitment, and management of creators who can amplify our fashion, lifestyle, and food & beverage brands across the UAE. You will shape strategic partnerships, execute high‑impact campaigns, and translate social buzz into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines and compensation.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, from concept and brief creation to content approval and performance reporting.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions and ROI, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date influencer databases, contracts and detailed campaign reports.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Oversee campaign budgets and provide recommendations for future strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in influencer, digital or social media marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or F&B sectors.
• Established network of influencers and talent agencies in the UAE.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and project‑management abilities.

• Experience using social media management tools.
• Ability to analyse data with analytics platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
