Infrastructure & Modern Workplace Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supporting enterprise Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and Windows Server environments while providing advanced troubleshooting and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, handling MFA, authentication and access issues.
• Provide L2/L3 escalation support for Windows and macOS platforms.
• Manage endpoint devices through Intune and Jamf.
• Perform Windows Server administration, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Investigate infrastructure incidents and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell.
• Offer basic operational support for Linux systems and Microsoft SQL Server.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise infrastructure and Modern Workplace environments.
• Proven ability to act as an escalation point above the Service Desk.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, change control and security‑focused administration.
