Inside Sales & Social Media Executive – Dubai (Immediate Joiners)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team immediately. You will support the sales and marketing functions by handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and managing our social media presence to boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from prospects.
• Qualify leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and drive them to order closure.
• Maintain daily sales reports and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for smooth order processing.
• Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create engaging posts, reels and captions; respond to comments and direct messages.
• Run basic paid Meta ads, monitor performance and suggest optimisation.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year experience in inside sales, tele‑sales or social media (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and presentable on the phone.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva for content creation.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads platform.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
