Inside Sales / Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Sharjah)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales/Telesales Executive to join our fast‑growing real‑estate team in Sharjah. The role focuses on converting inbound leads into qualified appointments for our agents and driving revenue in the UAE property market.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through portals and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify buyer and seller requirements and schedule meetings for agents.
• Maintain daily call targets while ensuring high conversion rates.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.
• Update CRM systems with accurate client information and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling.

Required profile

• Previous telesales or call‑center experience (real‑estate experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English with a target‑driven, energetic attitude.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
