Insights and Measurement Lead – Advertising Analytics

About the role

Amazon Ads sits at the crossroads of e‑commerce and advertising, delivering solutions across Amazon, Prime Video, Twitch and partner sites. The Insights and Measurement Lead will act as a senior individual contributor, using advanced analytics to shape strategies for global advertisers and accelerate ad‑sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Amazon’s proprietary data, third‑party research and measurement solutions to generate actionable insights for advertisers.
• Drive thought leadership and own senior‑level measurement relationships, influencing strategic learning objectives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across sales, marketing and product teams to inform initiatives worldwide.
• Advocate data‑driven decision‑making and guide clients in implementing recommended measurement solutions.
• Perform hands‑on data extraction and analysis using SQL and Python, building insights and success metrics for client businesses.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations for executive stakeholders and present findings clearly.

Required profile

• 7+ years of customer‑facing experience managing complex, large‑scale projects.
• Proven expertise in customer segmentation, behavior analysis and conjoint/trade‑off modeling.
• Strong background in advertising measurement methodologies and incrementality analysis.
