Inspectors – Agricultural, Veterinary and Pharmaceutical

About the role

Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE) is seeking qualified professionals to join its inspection team across the UAE. The roles include Agricultural, Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Inspectors who will ensure compliance with national regulations and protect public, animal and agricultural health.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of regulated establishments, manufacturers, warehouses, suppliers and distribution outlets.
• Verify compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards and approved procedures.
• Review licences, records, storage conditions, manufacturing processes and distribution practices.
• Identify violations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and follow up on compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with laboratories, regulatory authorities and relevant technical teams.
• For Veterinary Inspectors: support inspection of veterinary medicines, vaccines and related products, including product sampling, storage monitoring and verification of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification for the specific inspector role (Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy or related fields).
• Open to experienced professionals as well as fresh graduates.
