Installation Manager

About the role

An experienced and results-driven Installation Manager is sought to oversee and manage installation projects, site activities and technical teams from planning through to completion. The successful candidate ensures installation works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and in line with technical specifications, quality standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all installation activities and project execution
• Develop installation schedules, manpower plans, budgets and resource allocation strategies
• Supervise installation teams, technicians, subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, contractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress, quality, costs and completion timelines; conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage materials, tools, equipment and procurement, and identify risks and delays
• Oversee testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and final handover
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation and management updates
• Handle customer complaints and after-sales support, and drive continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in installation, project management or technical operations
• Proven experience managing installation projects and supervising technical teams
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools
